The model in one line
The working model behind AIRAA comes from the book AI Empowered. H(x)AI teaches that outcomes depend on human engagement with AI: Outcome = H(x)AI, where x is the mental model that couples human capability with AI capability. It is a useful teaching frame under examination—not an empirical law. Nearly everyone has plenty of capability. Everyone has access to capable AI. How you engage is where much of the difference shows up, and because that engagement is a state rather than a fixed trait, it can be practiced.
Four conditions (working framework)
They aren’t a proven checklist. They’re a practical working framework under examination: each one names a way judgment can stay out of the work.

AI is abundant; your judgment isn’t. Withhold it and the output could have come from anyone.

Working well with AI should feel harder in the right way. The effort of pushing back and redirecting is engagement at work.
